Computer support for virtual prototyping
Basic information about certificate
The Computer Support for Virtual Prototyping certificate is issued with co-operation of Škoda Auto a.s., Production and Logistics department. Its completion gives students the opportunity to become familiar with the possibility of computer support used in industry. In addition to orientation in office software, the foundations of work in 3D modeling are gained.
Thanks to the technical awareness of production technologies, the function of the car and car production, the holder has the opportunity to present or verify his/her creativity using advanced technologies such as 3D printing, virtual reality or simulation SW.
The course will be taught at the ŠAVŠ University in Mladá Boleslav.

- ZSV - General Machine Engineering
- ZAT - General Automobile Technology
- CAD
- VR - Virtual Reality
- PVAP - Production Planning of Automotive Industry (the course is taught by Škoda Auto managers)
- Z3DT - Basic of 3D Printing
Application for the issue of the certificate
After having met the determined conditions, the student must apply for issue of the certificate by submitting an application in the Contact Centre in AIS (“Application for Issue of a Professional Certificate”). The student will be informed about the method of handover of the certificate by the Study Department.
