The Škoda Auto Vysoká škola Educational Technical Centre (Náměstí Míru 27, Mladá Boleslav) has been part of the Mladá Boleslav campus since 2023, focusing on technical programs and specializations. Based on the philosophy of a “small-scale factory,” it represents a major step forward in education, research, and innovation.

The mission of the Educational Technical Centre is to integrate education, science, research, development, and innovation through state-of-the-art technologies, to strengthen practical skills, and to create opportunities for students, the academic community, the public, and partners to address new challenges together.

Educational Technical Centre Na Hejdovce

The Educational Technical Centre Na Hejdovce offers state-of-the-art laboratories and research facilities simulating the real operations of an industrial enterprise. The premises include a Production-Logistics Laboratory, laboratories of Practical Informatics, Physics, Electrical Engineering and Automation, a Data Centre, a 3D Printing Laboratory, a Virtual Reality Laboratory, an Electromobility and Industry 4.0 Laboratory, as well as a Research Mechanical-Electrical Laboratory. The new centre serves not only for modern teaching of Škoda Auto Vysoká škola students but, thanks to cooperation with strategic partners, also for the development of skills and expertise gained directly from industry specialists. At the same time, it supports a wide range of educational activities for the general public—such as clubs, lectures, and workshops. Among the public projects are, for example, the IT Academy for children, 3D printing courses, and a variety of other technically oriented events.
