SUSTAIN Project: Virtual Meeting Held on 8 September 2026

On 9 September 2026, a virtual meeting was held within the framework of the SUSTAIN project. The meeting was divided into two parts, combining a project management status update with a collaborative brainstorming session focused on the development of Deliverable 2.2 – Operational Tools (ToR, CSR, and Stakeholders).

The first part of the meeting focused on the project management status update, providing partners with an overview of the project's current progress and ongoing activities. The second part consisted of a brainstorming session involving representatives of partner universities, who discussed key aspects of Deliverable 2.2 and contributed their insights to the development of the operational tools.

In total, the meeting brought together 44 representatives from eight partner institutions from Vietnam, the Maldives, Belgium, Croatia, and the Czech Republic, facilitating international cooperation and the exchange of knowledge and experiences.

The brainstorming session on Deliverable 2.2 built upon the previously completed Deliverable 2.1 – Blueprint for Institution & Capacity Building, which was developed within the consortium under the leadership of the University of Dubrovnik (UNIDU) in mid-2026. This follow-up discussion aimed to support the transition from the strategic framework established in the blueprint to the development of practical operational tools for the partner institutions.
