Sexual discrimination and other harassing behavior
Škoda Auto University (hereinafter referred to as ŠAU) places great emphasis on providing a safe environment for all its employees, academic staff, and, of course, students. We are committed to ensuring that no unacceptable behavior such as sexual harassment, discrimination of any kind, or gender-based violence, which is often mistakenly associated only with sexual harassment, occurs on the premises of ŠAU.
The school's goal is to create a working and learning environment in which everyone treats each other with respect, understanding, and, above all, decency.

Guidelines issued in connection with GEP at ŠAU:
There are two contact persons at ŠAU whom you can contact if you have been a victim of or witness to harassment or discrimination, or if you would like to report any other form of unacceptable behavior. The ombudsmen listed below also serve as contact points pursuant to Section § 42 of Act No. 111/1998 Coll., on Higher Education Institutions, for providing information on measures to equalize opportunities to study at a higher education institution, to prevent and resolve cases of discrimination, and to ensure equal treatment and a safe environment at the higher education institution.
She has been working at ŠAU since 2020 as a lawyer. She has experience in many areas of law and, as your contact person, she will not only help you resolve the situation, but can also provide specific legal advice.
Since 2022, she has been working at our school as an HR Award&DEI&GEP Specialist, responsible for diversity and gender equality. Thanks to her experience in HR in the automotive industry and her knowledge of the environment at ŠAU (she is a graduate), she will provide you with advice and sensitive assistance whenever you need it.
In cooperation with Středisko komplexní terapie s.r.o., based in Mladá Boleslav, we can also arrange external psychological counseling.
