The REnForce project aims to enhance Armenia's Vocational Education and Training (VET) system, focusing on the renewable energy sector. Its objectives include strengthening VET institutions across Armenia, both in regions and Yerevan, by improving the skills and knowledge of their personnel. The project also seeks to modernize educational programs to align with industry needs, addressing the skills gap in the labor market and promoting work-based learning opportunities.
