Participants apply for shor-term blended mobility grants via Erasmus+ (Financial support at home university)

Course Aim

Delve deep into the pulsating world of Diversity Management. Spanning from time-tested theories to cutting-edge practices, this course aims to transform students into global citizens, aware of and equipped to handle the nuances of diversity in multinational corporations.

Emil Velinov is a practitioner and academician in Diversity Management and International Management. He has been working for several multinational firms such as General Electric and Oracle in three continents. He has been conducting international scientific and applied projects with Czech and German firms in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

Dr. K. Kathy Meyer-Ross

Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Dresden

Kathy Meyer-Ross was born in Berlin but grew up in different countries and also studied and worked there. This ended up with her not only speaking 10 languages but also getting in touch with different cultures. She did her doctorate in the field of higher education and has been working at the HTW since 2011, where she teaches intercultural skills, diversity management, human resources and key qualifications. 

Dr. Ewa K. Strzelecka 

Lecturer
University of Wroclaw, Poland

Ewa K. Strzelecka is an Assistant Professor at the Institute of European Studies at the University of Wroclaw, Poland. She has held academic positions at Spanish and Portuguese universities.
She has worked at the crossroads of academic research, development practice, and policy advising in more than 15 countries across the globe, actively contributing to societally relevant projects and public debates on diversity and inclusion.
