At Škoda Auto College, we place great emphasis on transparency and fairness, to which we pay particular attention.

The "Don't Let It Be" (NNTB) system will serve as a platform for whistleblowing complaints, complaints to the Ethics Committee and complaints about sexual discrimination and harassing behaviour at Š

FaceUp: Whistleblowing System for Companies & Schools

The Don't Let It Be system meets all the requirements of the Whistleblower Protection Act 171/2023 Coll., under which the employer is obliged to establish an internal system for reporting possible violations.

Receiving reports of unlawful conduct at ŠAVŠ 

  • Škoda Auto University will accept reports from students, employees, external lecturers, and members of the university's governing bodies (supervisory and administrative boards).
  • Anonymous reports will not be accepted. The submitter will receive confirmation of receipt of the report, which will only be dealt with after a signature has been added. The identity of the submitter will, of course, be protected.

Receiving reports of violations of the school's code of ethics and of sexual discrimination and other harassing behavior:

  • Complaints regarding violations of the ŠAVŠ Code of Ethics can still be sent to the following email address: eticky.kodex@savs.cz. More information and the Code of Ethics can be found here.
  • Complaints regarding sexual discrimination and other harassing behavior can now be submitted through the FaceUp system. More information and the current guidelines on sexual harassment and other types of inappropriate behavior at ŠAVŠ can be found here.

Whistleblowing reports can also be submitted via the Ministry of Justice form:

Mgr. Gabriela Benáková

Lawyer

She has been working at ŠAVŠ as a lawyer since 2020. She has experience in many areas of law and, as your contact person, she will not only help you resolve the situation, but can also provide specific legal advice.

Ing. Michaela Provazníková

D&I Specialist

Since 2022, she has been working at our school as an HR Award&DEI&GEP specialist, responsible for diversity and gender equality. Thanks to her experience in HR in the automotive industry and her knowledge of the environment at ŠAVŠ (she is a graduate), she will provide you with advice and sensitive assistance whenever you need it.
