Cancellation policy for participation in the course:
All order changes and cancellations are accepted only in writing (by e-mail). An application may be cancelled no later than on the 5th working day before the course/webinar. If you cancel on the 4th working day before the start of the course/webinar or later, we are unable to accept the cancellation for operational reasons - the participant is obliged to pay the full price according to the order/advance invoice, attendance cannot be transferred to another date, but we do accept substitutes!
